QSHS Junior and marching band member Ashley Kim spent the day as QPS Superintendent alongside every Blue Devil’s favorite superintendent Mr. Roy Webb. Ashley’s parents Dr. & Mrs. Louis & Heather Kim cast the winning bid for the auction item experience donated by Mr. Webb of “Superintendent for the Day” at the QPS Foundation Dream Big auction last fall. As Superintendent for the day, Ashley awarded the coveted Blue Devil Coin to her respected and beloved band director Mr. Matt Gabriel. The esteemed token was presented during Mr. Gabriel’s 8th grade low-brass rehearsal today. Congratulations Mr. Gabriel and well done Superintendent Kim! We are proud of you both!
